;What Youll Work On ;

Work across the stack to build iterative solutions ; Design scalable and resilient member data import
pipelines to be able to handle exponential member growth with confidence. ; Design and build solutions to leverage technology to
improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce overhead in labor-intensive
processes ; Design data models and workflows to store and use
complex and highly configurable data. ; Collaborate with engineers and product managers to make
sure we're building the right solutions for the right problems. ; Move fast, rapidly prototype solutions, and work across
the stack ; Contribute to our microservices
architecture that runs our product. ;

What Were Looking For ;

· A BS or MS in Computer Science or related
field ;

· 5+ years of software engineering work
experience ;

· 5+ years of Java development
work experience ;

· 1+ years of Javascript development work
experience ;

· Experience with DBs – SQL / NoSQL ;

· Experience with Heroku or AWS ;

· Understanding of modern backend
framework(s) such asSpring Boot, Hibernate and any Search framework ;

· Proficient with RESTful web development and
client-server architecture ;

· Understanding Docker and Kubernetes ;

· Already worked with CI and Git ;

· Thoughtful, detailed
communication style through code and design reviews ;

Previous startup experience is a plus ;

· Experience working in an agile environment
with multiple partners ;
