Assists in system migration to the cloud, supporting refactoring legacy systems to modernize applications or integration services to leverage cloud native services and solutions. Key responsibilities include: Providing hands-on technical leadership throughout the development life cycle Focusing on delivery of quality solutions Mentoring peer engineering team members on technical decision making Enforcing engineering practices and standards Leading technical discussions and building consensus among engineers Working with cloud engineering teams to design and develop cloud native services Managing strong partnerships with technologies suppliers Main Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the development life cycle. Solution Delivery : Focus on delivering quality solutions. Tech Decision Making : Mentor peer engineering team members on technical decision making. Engineering Practices : Enforce engineering practices and standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers.
