About the Position: We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join the Green Technologies Finance team, reporting directly to Plant Controller. This position is based at our office in Cabo de Santo Agostinho. As the Junior Finance Specialist at Marelli, you will act as top partner for Plant Controller and you will be a great support in all aspects of financial planning, forecast and budget, analysis and reporting. Your Responsibilities will be: Assist the Plant Controller in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making Participate in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis Support cost monitoring, control and reporting activities Help ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures Support audits and internal reviews by providing requested documentation and analysis Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function Prepare presentations and reports for management meetings What Qualifications you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills Fluency in English language Other skills that we would welcome: International experience Fluency in other language than mother tongue and English Proficiency in SAP/ERP Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, others) Proficiency with One Stream modules Expectations from you in this position: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively Analytical approach, good data management Proactivity, accuracy, and attention to details Advanced Microsoft Office, incl. management of large database in Excel (e.g. pivot table; VBA Macro as plus) and PowerPoint What does this position offer you: Challenging environment welcoming proactive contribution Opportunities to develop in international company, valuing diversity and inclusion.
