Como Analista de Infraestrutura Sênior, você desempenhará um papel crucial no suporte técnico dos ambientes corporativos e do Datacenter de um cliente NTT. Entre as suas principais responsabilidades, destacam-se o atendimento aos chamados, a realização de mudanças, a condução de troubleshooting e a implementação de melhorias. Sua tarefa será solucionar problemas de forma eficiente e ágil, mantendo a estabilidade e a disponibilidade dos serviços de infraestrutura. Além disso, você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar com as principais tecnologias do mercado, mantendo-se atualizado e adaptado às últimas tendências. **Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?**
- Realizar atendimento de chamados (solicitações de serviços e incidentes) relacionados as tecnologias de LAN, WAN, WLAN e SD-WAN de acordo com SLA acordados.
- Conduzir troubleshooting parar identificar e corrigir falhas técnicas (problemas de performance, conectividade e integração de ambientes).
- Realizar configuração, administração e troubleshooting de equipamentos de rede Cisco, como Roteadores, Switches, Wireless e SD-WAN.
- Colaborar com equipes internas e fornecedores externos (nacionais e internacionais) para resolver problemas de rede e implementar melhorias.
- Documentar as configurações de rede, procedimentos de resolução de problemas e melhores práticas.
- Elaborar e executar atividades técnicas em janelas de manutenção programadas ou emergencial.
- Elaborar e preencher documento de análise de causa raiz (RCA) para incidentes
**O que esperamos que você possua?**
- Experiência de 5 anos ou mais com atuação suporte técnico em ambientes de redes de missão crítica.
- Sólido conhecimento em tecnologia Cisco, incluindo Roteadores, Switches Catalyst e/ou Nexus, Wireless e SD-WAN (Viptela).
- Experiência em conduzir troubleshooting em ambientes de redes de missão crítica.
- Experiência com protocolos de roteamentos BGP, OSPF e EIGRP (operação, configuração e troubleshooting).
- Experiência com Redes Wireless Cisco e/ou Meraki (operação, configuração e troubleshooting).
- Certificação Cisco CCNP Enterprise.
- Inglês técnico avançado (Escrita/Leitura/Conversação).
