Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve live Workday issues. Gather and document business requirements and functional designs. Perform data analysis and regression testing. Act as Workday configuration SME (Business Processes, EIBs, security). Maintain knowledge base and response catalog. Independently manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, including payroll and end‑to‑end support. Must Have Skills 5+ years of Workday functional / techno‑functional experience Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes Hands‑on exposure to CCB and Workday Studio integrations Experience in payroll support and production issue resolution Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Apply today or share profiles at #J-18808-Ljbffr
