We are seeking an experienced Payroll Lead to join our team and oversee the payroll operations for Brazil, with additional exposure to LATAM payroll processing for Chile, Colombia and Mexico, and knowledge of US and Canada payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Brazilian payroll regulations and processes, as well as experience with managing payroll operations across multiple countries. As a Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with local regulations, and maintaining employee data confidentiality.
What We Are Expecting From You
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in payroll processing and management, with specific expertise in Brazilian payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
  • Experience with LATAM payroll processing, particularly in Chile and Colombia, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with US and Canada payroll systems and exposure to North American payroll regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of payroll processes, including taxation, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and systems; experience with Oracle, CloudPay, ADP, or similar payroll platforms is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
