**Automation Platform Architect - Mars Global Services - Guararema, SP**
This role provides technical leadership and hands-on expertise for the Global Digital Technologies - Core Services Automation Program, specifically focused on the Workflow management (ServiceNow), software integrations (using APIs, PHP, JSON, REST, SOAP, etc) and Platform development areas (such as Puppet, RPA, and Artificial Intelligence). The individual in this role is responsible for design and development and ensuring governance within the platforms to automation design principles.
**What are we looking for?**
- University degree in Computer Science, Math or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in IT Service Management, certification in ITSM desired
- 8-10 years in technical development
- 3+ years' experience developing workflows in ServiceNow or working with other enterprise platforms such as Puppet, Ansible, RPA, and/or AI.
- Computer software design methodology and implementation in multiple programming languages (i.e. PHP, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- This role constantly interacts with IS stakeholders around the globe, so has to operate in flexible working time conditions.
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Key role within Global DT automation program to scale automation across all of core services with strategic capability to expand across other service organizations.
- Design strategy for Workflow Management, Configuration Management and responsibility for determining platform/tools strategy.
- Ensure Platform Management can scale with demand and respond in agile way to rapid demand spikes and valleys without creating delays or underutilized resources.
- Lead governance of Workflow / Platform Management, ensuring key automation principles - especially modularity - are strictly adhered to. Continuously improve principles per learnings.
- Work wihin Automation Program to ensure collaboration between this role, other architects and leads, and MGS Enterprise Automatin Hub. Specifically focused on data management, benefits capture, demand management, project management and analytics capability as well as delivery of benefits & efficiency savings through Release Sprints.
- Strategic perspective - working across segments and other major programs to ensure alignment, open communication and movement in the same strategic direction.
- Provide direction to team of 3rd party Automation Factory developers as required.
- Industry thought leadership around automation workflows and platform design; collaboration with peers on best practices, lessons learnt and upcoming capabilities.
