Participe de uma startup que está revolucionando o mercado de capitais no Brasil.

Estamos em busca de um(a) AI Engineer com sólida experiência em engenharia de prompt, fine-tuning de modelos e deploy de SLMs (Self-Hosted Language Models) para estruturar e implementar soluções avançadas de Inteligência Artificial. O profissional ideal deve ser capaz de explorar todo o potencial dos LLMs, desde a criação de prompts otimizados até a personalização e publicação de modelos em nossa infraestrutura, garantindo performance, escalabilidade e governança em ambiente cloud (GCP e AWS).

Esta posição é estratégica para a evolução da nossa infraestrutura de IA e para o desenvolvimento de agentes inteligentes especializados no mercado de capitais, conectando dados de múltiplas fontes e transformando-os em insights aplicáveis ao negócio.

 Criar, testar e otimizar prompts estratégicos para maximizar o desempenho de LLMs em diferentes contextos de negócio;
Realizar fine-tuning de modelos de linguagem, adaptando-os ao contexto do mercado de capitais;
Implementar e gerenciar SLMs em ambientes internos, cuidando de versionamento, monitoramento, segurança e escalabilidade;
Construir pipelines de MLOps para automação do ciclo de vida de modelos (treinamento, deploy, monitoramento e atualização);
Desenvolver agentes de IA especializados, capazes de interagir com informações financeiras e gerar insights aplicáveis;
Integrar modelos com APIs, bancos de dados, datalakes e sistemas internos, garantindo performance e confiabilidade;
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o time de tecnologia e negócios, garantindo que as soluções estejam alinhadas com a estratégia da empresa.

REQUISITOS DA VAGA

Requisitos Técnicos

Experiência comprovada em engenharia de prompt, otimização de LLMs e construção de fluxos de agentes;
Conhecimento em fine-tuning de modelos de linguagem, embeddings e adaptação de modelos a domínios específicos;
Experiência em deploy e gestão de SLMs em ambientes cloud (GCP/AWS) ou on-premise;
Sólida experiência em Python, incluindo bibliotecas como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face e LangChain;
Experiência com BigQuery, PostgreSQL e bancos NoSQL;
Vivência em MLOps: pipelines de deploy, monitoramento de modelos e versionamento;
Familiaridade com Git, metodologias ágeis (Scrum) e boas práticas de engenharia de software;
Experiência em ingestão e manipulação de dados de múltiplas fontes (estruturados, semiestruturados e não estruturados).
