Responsibilities
  • Lead clients through the implementation and optimization of their Epic EHR system
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to enhance workflows and improve patient care
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data integrity and functionality
  • Identify and implement opportunities for system optimization to increase efficiency
  • Provide high-level services remotely as needed
Qualifications
  • Must be certified in Epic Resolute Patient Billing (PB) applications with a minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Epic systems
  • Strong project management skills and experience in workflow design
  • Willingness and ability to travel weekly (typically Monday through Thursday)
  • Preferred undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS)
  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Epic Benefits Engine, Financial Assistance, and Estimates
  • Familiarity with Epic Wisdom implementation
