QA Analyst- T3**Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages***: English**Preferred Qualifications****Job** **Description****Responsibilities**:- Design and execute test plans for newly developed features and defect fixes- Investigate, reproduce, and analyze customer reported software defects- Actively participate in agile meetings with product management and engineering- Contribute to the analysis of functional requirements- Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.- Works closely with developers to resolve all identified product issues.- Prioritizes workflow in accordance with the requirements of the business, departmental goals and initiatives.- Organizes all QA tasks so that business deadlines are met without affecting the quality of the product.- Organizes all equipment and resources used at testing activities.- Identifies opportunities for process and procedural improvements.Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.- Experience in Software Quality Assurance.- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required. Spanish is a Plus.- Organized and reliable, attentive to detail, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks.- Basic knowledge of XML and SQL is necessary.- Ability to translate business requirements into test cases.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment- Must work well independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a cross-functional team.- Experience with Agile principles and Scrum practices is a plus but not mandatory.- Technical background with strong propensity for problem solving.- Demonstrated testing experience at the API level is a plus.One or more of the following could really make you stand out:- Fiscal acknowledgement (Electronic and Standard)- POS Products (Oracle F&B or others)- Experience with using or implementing test automation frameworksSoft Skills- Sense of organization- Self-Motivated- Self-Manageable- Curious- Collaborative**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
