**Atividades**
- Treinar, orientar e apoiar o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores do time;
- Contribuir para o bom andamento dos projetos e uso da metodologia Agile/Scrum;
- Realizar o planejamento e a execução de projetos em busca de produtos de alta qualidade;
- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de melhorias nas ferramentas e nos processos;
- Monitorar as tendências da indústria e de projetos;
- Liderar e contribuir para projetos estratégicos.
***Requisitos**
- **Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia Elétrica ou outro curso relacionado;**
- **Experiência e conhecimento técnico elevado no desenvolvimento de soluções para poder orientar e gerir os profissionais de sua equipe com sucesso;**
- **Experiência no desenvolvimento de produtos de softwares com níveis crescentes de responsabilidade na liderança técnica e gestão de pessoas;**
- **Capacidade de performar bem num ambiente em constante evolução, gerindo mudanças e promovendo inovação;**
- **Experiência na gestão de equipes usando metodologias Ágeis;**
- **Inglês avançado.**
