About the Role

You’ll be responsible for all SEM aspects of paid advertising for both the company and its e-commerce clients. This includes campaign execution, strategic planning, reporting, and ongoing optimization across Google, Microsoft, YouTube, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, etc.)
  • Analyze performance data and develop data-backed strategies
  • Create detailed reports and track KPIs
  • Oversee contractors and collaborate with internal teams
  • Bring fresh perspectives to improve results and solve challenges
Requirements
  • 5+ years in search engine paid advertising
  • 5+ years of agency experience
  • 3+ years in e-commerce
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Asana, Slack, Databox is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (C1/C2 English preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts (10–15 simultaneously)
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive mindset

Compensation: $3,500 - $4,000 USD/month
