Corporate Services & Studio Compliance Specialist Join to apply for the Corporate Services & Studio Compliance Specialist role at ARRISE. Position Scope As a Corporate Services & Studio Compliance Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that internal processes related to corporate support and studio operations run smoothly and in full compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. You will work autonomously, taking full ownership of your scope, from managing documentation to coordinating with internal and external teams. This role demands a proactive mindset, unwavering accountability, and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and deliver excellence. Main Duties and Responsibilities Proactive and Autonomous Approach : Demonstrates a proactive, detail‑oriented approach, operating independently within the designated scope with full ownership of studio compliance and departmental operations. All actions and decisions must be coordinated with the Head of Department and the global team. Team Collaboration and Communication : Facilitates effective collaboration and communication within the team, contributing to common objectives and fostering a cohesive work culture. Close collaboration with local and global teams ensures alignment with strategic goals and compliance requirements. Studio Operations Compliance : Works closely with Project Managers, Studio Production, and Procurement to ensure compliance across all studio operations. Each task, from procurement to maintenance, must be pre‑approved by the Head of Department and the global team. Salesforce Management : Ensures accurate and up‑to‑date records for full traceability of gaming equipment. Facilitates real‑time stock monitoring, automatically deducting equipment from invoices and inventory as it is allocated to studios. Tracks upcoming equipment orders to streamline workflow and minimize human error. Generates detailed audit and regulatory reports when required. SharePoint Utilization : Stores and manages technical documentation and compliance records securely and accessibly. Maintains document control, logging all changes and updates accurately. Coordinates internal review processes to ensure documents are up‑to‑date and approved before finalization. Regulatory Documentation and Notifications : Prepares timely and accurate regulatory documentation for the Malta Gaming Authority, including studio authorisations, layout changes, equipment counts, and notifications of new live operations. All submissions are coordinated and approved by the Head of Department. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Management : Independently plans and executes CSR initiatives and events, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with operational standards and compliance. Support for Office Renovations and Internal Events : Provides support for office renovations, company updates, and internal events with a focus on operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance. Major changes or initiatives require coordination with the global team and Head of Department. Requirements Background in operational and compliance support. Excellent attention to detail. 1–3 years (minimum) of administrative support experience. Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
