Position Summary

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties
  • Directs the organization's operations function and develops operational programs, policies, and processes.
  • Oversees daily functions necessary for business execution and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Develops strategies to meet critical goals efficiently.
  • Approves and allocates resources based on priorities.
  • Evaluates and recommends policy or procedural changes.
  • Leads and directs employees including Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Associates.
  • Responsible for personnel actions such as hiring, performance management, and termination.
  • Contributes to strategic planning and goal setting.
  • Recommends impactful policies, practices, and procedures.

The job function is not exhaustive and may include additional responsibilities as assigned.

General safety and health responsibilities are expected of all employees.

Expertise:
Knowledge & Skills
  • Requires broad professional and industry knowledge, with ability to lead advanced strategies and technologies.
  • Manages activities across at least two departments or functions.
  • Requires judgment in resolving complex problems based on experience.
  • Represents the organization in projects and operations, interacting with senior personnel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's preferred.
  • 10-15 years of related experience, with at least 5 years in management.
  • Industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Occasional travel, valid driver's license, and passport required.

Physical demands include sitting, talking, hearing, handling, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Work environment includes office, manufacturing, and warehouse settings with low to moderate noise levels.

Salary Range:
$136,992 - $195,703. B. Braun offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
