As a Senior QA Automation, you will lead the strategy and execution of our quality assurance initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the testing processes that ensure our software products maintain the highest levels of quality and performance. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive our efforts to achieve excellence in delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement at CI&T.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust automated testing frameworks suited for diverse applications.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define comprehensive test plans and strategies.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant teams.

Drive the adoption of best practices in testing methodologies and tools across projects.

Perform risk analysis and provide insights to enhance product quality and performance.

Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering professional development and a culture of learning.

Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve automation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

Extensive experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Proficient in CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.

English Fluent.

Nice-to-have Skills:

Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or Gatling.

Familiarity with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).

Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
