We sell on multiple online channels and partner with retail brands to expand their presence into eCommerce. Our team includes local office staff, a dedicated warehouse crew, and an expanding overseas support network. At Elumacom, we value a motivated, friendly, and respectful work environment where collaboration and positive interactions drive our success.Role Overview We are seeking aresponsible, proactive, and energetic Amazon Account Managerto oversee and optimize our Amazon Seller Central operations. This remote position is open to overseas candidates, but youmust be fluent in English (spoken and written)with strong communication skills.Responsibilities Manage daily Amazon Seller Central tasks: account emails, buyer messages, suppressed listings, tickets, and account health. Track sales, returns, and profitability; prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports using advanced Excel formulas (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Monitor competitor pricing, Buy Box performance, PPC spend, and customer feedback. Investigate issues independently, provide solutions, and take ownership until resolved. Collaborate with local team members viafull-time video presence during work hours .Requirements Fluent in written and spoken English. Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting). Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities; willing to go the extra mile. Highly responsible, able to take initiative and ownership. Reliable high-speed internet connection and capable PC. Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.Why Join Us?
