**Full Stack Developer (.NET/React)**Home Office / Full time / Only English CVs / EST working hours- “ScrumLaunch is a Los Angeles based product innovation studio. We work with leading brands and high growth startups to design and build great products._**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze project requirements and design efficient solutions;- Work on the bug team initially to identify, prioritize, and address software defects to reduce bug count;- Transition to Scrum teams and actively participate in agile development processes;- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices;- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients and internal teams;- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in both backend (.NET) and frontend (React) technologies;- Good proficiency in Javascript (including old school Javascript) or experience with Typescript;- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git);- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;- Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive mindset to address challenges;- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written;- Demonstrated ability to work on bug resolution with a focus on reducing bug count efficiently;- Selfstarter with a strong work ethic, capable of making a fast impact on projects;- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and willingness to transition to Scrum teams;- Availability to work in a fastpaced environment and a commitment to putting in the necessary effort to achieve project goals;- Http request lifecycle in ASP.NET, what the "MVC" actually refers to;- Knowledge of SQL/relational databases.**Preferred Skills**:- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker);- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;- Understanding of software security best practices;- Familiarity with the Mono framework;- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server;- Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.**We offer**:- Opportunity to grow as an expert;- Flexible working conditions;- 12 days of paid vacation;- 5 sick days and off days;- Friendly and open-minded team;- English classes**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, ContractAbility to Commute:- Rio de Janeiro, RJ (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Rio de Janeiro, RJ: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
