Job Description

Híbrido - 02 dias de Home Office.

Como Engenheiro CFD você será responsável por:

• Utilizar simulações computacionais para analisar e otimizar o desempenho térmico de componentes e sistemas automotivos, como radiadores, trocadores de calor, sistemas de ar-condicionado, e gerenciamento térmico de baterias.

Atividades: Modelagem e Simulação CFD:

• Criar modelos tridimensionais de sistemas térmicos automotivos;
• Simular escoamento de fluidos e transferência de calor usando softwares como STAR-CCM+ GTPower.

Análise de Resultados:

• Interpretar dados de simulação para identificar pontos de melhoria;
• Gerar relatórios técnicos com visualizações gráficas e recomendações de projeto.

Desenvolvimento de Soluções:

• Propor modificações em geometrias ou materiais para melhorar eficiência térmica;
• Trabalhar em conjunto com engenheiros mecânicos e elétricos para integrar soluções térmicas ao projeto global do veículo.

Validação Virtual:

• Ajustar modelos conforme necessário para maior precisão.

Requisitos:

• Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Automotiva, Aeronáutica ou correlatas;
• Conhecimento em STAR-CCM+;
• Experiência prática com ferramentas CAE voltadas a área térmica;
• Conhecimento em transferência de calor, termodinâmica e CFD;
• Inglês avançado;
• CREA Ativo.

Desejável:

• Conhecimentos em GTPower;
• Atuação prévia no setor automotivo.
