**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Manage the offshore visas for the core crew, vendors, visitors;
- Control Visa registrations, expirations, renewals;
- Support and guide business according to their visa requests needs;
- Work together with Logistic Team in relation to visa registrations at the Federal Police;
- Manage registration complexities. Update Oscar System with crew documents.
- Prepare Immigration letters;
- Manage offshore KPIS from the area;
- Support business with business visas and outbounds documents legalizations.
- Control Tax residency, tax exit declaration and monthly taxes paid.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Experience with Offshore environment;
- Solid experience with RN6, RN3, Emergency visas, seaman's book and their complexities.
