Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our US Operations Cities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth deliverables and efficiencies, auditing and improving data metrics, and standardizing ways of working across markets. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency in our US Operations Cities. Audit and analyze data metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance. Standardize processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all markets. Collaborate with operational team members and leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Self-starter with attention to detail, entrepreneurial drive, and adaptability.
