Funções do Cargo:
  • Liderar equipes de desenvolvimento de tecnologia, fornecendo orientação técnica e liderança eficaz;
  • Trabalhar com stakeholders internos e externos para entender necessidades e expectativas;
  • Desenvolver e promover uma cultura de inovação, colaboração e aprendizado contínuo dentro da equipe;
Experiências e Conhecimentos:
  • Gerenciamento de mudanças organizacionais;
  • Gestão de riscos;
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de software;
  • Experiência em gestão de times técnicos;
  • Gestão de stakeholders;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Conhecimentos em cloud;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos em Oracle, PL SQL, SQL, Java, Databricks, Spark/Scala e API's;
  • Integração de sistemas;
