Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Road Mapping:
- Assist in defining the product vision and strategy.
- Help create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and feedback to inform product decisions.
Product Development and Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute product features.
- Participate in the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that the product meets quality standards and timelines.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate product updates and changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Act as a liaison between the product team and other departments, facilitating collaboration and information sharing.
User Experience and Design:
- Work with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to iterate on product features and design.
Requirements
- Over two years of experience in product management or business analysis.
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent skills in defining UI/UX and end-to-end user journeys.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team.
- Proven user research abilities, with the capacity to explain requirement decisions based on user and business needs.
