Quality Control Senior Manager

**What will you work on**:
- Prepare and execute the departmental budget for staffing, consumables, new testing, equipment for Quality function
- Ensure that the Operational and Quality Team have the appropriate skills to perform their activities competently;
- Develop leaders and technical teams to ensure continuity of QC activities throughout the entire supply chain;
- Conduct the E2E Quality Program in Brazil, performing the necessary follow ups and interfaces with the Track Leaders and Excom Team;
- Represent the Quality Control in Staff Meeting (Operations Vice President Meetings);
- Ensure compliance with Quality KPIs in all operations, from all the plants;
- Ensure that raw material and packaging control processes, as well as production processes, meet the defined and agreed standards;
- Report the indicators and status of Quality and Food Safety to the local leaders and regional leaders;
- Deploy the quality strategies established with the Regional Quality Director;
- Coordinate and execute the internal audit programs, identify the needs for improvements in the interface areas and maintaining the continuous improvement of the system
- Ensure that the Operational and Quality Team have the appropriate skills to perform their activities competently;

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachlor/Masters Degree in Science with Food Safety preffered.
- Solid experience in Food processing industry
- Experience in handling QC & Food Safety at plant preferable having handled QC across multiple plants.
- Should be experienced in implementation various quality and food safety system like ISO 9000/ FSCC 22000/BRC etc
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Strong problem solving skills where root cause is identified, corrective actions developed, and follow-up instituted to assure items are completed (closed loop system).
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Results oriented with attention to detail and ability to culminate into big-picture impacts
- Has a collaborative style that can span across working with various sectors and teams.
- To be a strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping processes and strategies.
- Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure vision is understood and implemented correctly.
