Senior AI Strategist We seek a remote Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software and AI/ML engineering. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and operationalize AI-native services transforming the utility sector. This role combines applied AI/ML expertise with strong back-end engineering skills ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready systems. Key Responsibilities AI System Development: Architect, fine-tune, and deploy AI agents for utility use cases. Back-End Integration: Build APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks connecting AI models with enterprise systems and grid-level data flows. Pipeline Ownership: Design and manage the complete AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment. AI Risk Mitigation: Address vulnerabilities unique to AI including model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control. Excellent English communication skills are essential along with a strong background in Python and expertise with ML/LLM frameworks, vector databases, and modern MLOps practices.
