The Cost Accounting Officer is responsible for reviewing financial and balance sheet accounts, conducting variance analysis, standard costing, transfer pricing, budgeting, and forecasting. Reviews significant variance on major profit & loss and balance sheet accounts. Updates system set-up of standard cost and transfer price table. Gathers and maintains actual data on manpower costs and operations provision. Participates in cross-functional projects within the supply chain and provides insights on financial impact. Gathers, validates, and processes data using financial analysis tools. Gathers, organizes, and maintains historical data related to budget preparation and identifies one-time off and recurring transactions. Gathers and maintains current and historical financial data needed in the preparation of financial reports. Track the internal order of the capital expenditure and conduct an inventory count. JOB QUALIFICATIONS A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent courses. With at least three(3) years of work experience in product cost accounting or cost management. With at least three (3) years of work experience in production or inventory planning operations in a food manufacturing industry. Preferably, a licensed Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor Possess good communication skills, both oral and written, as well as leadership skills. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, attentive to details, and able to think outside the box Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna.
