About the Role We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our fast-growing telemedicine platform and help design, build, and maintain scalable, high‑performance backend systems. This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership of critical services, develop new features, and ensure the stability and efficiency of our backend architecture. You’ll work with PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, and AWS, collaborating closely with frontend, QA, product, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make architectural decisions, implement performance optimizations, and support integration with third‑party APIs. You will also be responsible for debugging complex issues, automating tests, and improving CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable releases.
