Overview Employer Industry: Defense and Security Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range of $120,800.00 - $217,400.00 Best-in-class benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, and flexible work schedules Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and innovative work culture that encourages employee well-being Chance to work on significant projects related to international nuclear security Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and guidance for a large, complex international program in nuclear security Manage project execution, including planning, risk management, and subcontractor management Act as the main point of contact with clients and subcontractors during project execution Develop and distribute a Project Management Plan for team reference and guidance Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, and report on significant milestones Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering, chemistry, or related technical/business field Minimum of 12 years of related work experience, with at least 7 years managing international projects for U.S. Government customers Proven ability to perform in a management capacity and knowledge of industry practices and regulations Must be a U.S. citizen and willing to travel internationally Strong written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications Professional registration through the Project Management Institute (or equivalent) Experience conducting and managing training courses International project and project management experience, particularly in nuclear security Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and project planning skills Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders #Defense #NuclearSecurity #ProjectManagement #CareerGrowth #GovernmentContracting #J-18808-Ljbffr
