Job Description The Senior Manager of Campus Facilities & Procurement is responsible for overseeing and managing the physical infrastructure, facilities, maintenance, construction, health and safety, and procurement functions at Avenues São Paulo. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and operationally efficient environment across all back‑office and heavy‑duty areas, supporting the school’s mission and daily operations. Main Responsibilities Ensure campus facilities align with Avenues’ standards regarding safety, efficiency, and brand consistency. Oversee the campus’s expansion and summer construction, ensuring readiness at the start of each academic year. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and accreditor regulations regarding infrastructure and health and safety. Optimize vendor relations for services such as construction, facilities maintenance, and procurement. Manage and streamline procurement processes (national and international), ensuring the campus receives quality resources at the best price, including contracts management and legal compliance. Implement and maintain an efficient work‑order management system to address maintenance and repair needs according to the SLA. Manage budgets and financial resources efficiently. Provide monthly KPIs dashboards for the department, including this area, Client Service and Experience, Finance and Security. Ensure high‑quality service delivery by implementing an efficient work order system that streamlines requests, tracks progress, and ensures timely resolution. Continuously monitor performance, address challenges proactively, and optimize processes to enhance both operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Oversee service contracts with third‑party partners, aligning teams to deliver excellent service while maintaining strong partnerships and fostering vendor development to meet our needs and expectations. Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Campus Experience as needed to ensure a seamless and positive campus environment. Qualifications Solid experience in operations management and / or school leadership, preferably in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; postgraduate degree is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in areas including legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, vendor management, construction oversight, environmental health and safety, indoor air quality, and procurement. Proven ability to manage complex projects, organize multiple workstreams, and design scalable processes and KPIs. Strong sourcing and procurement skills, with the ability to identify needs and efficiently purchase goods and services. Experience prioritizing and overseeing maintenance and repair activities through an effective work‑order management system. Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and change; intellectually curious, adaptable, and quick to learn. Proactive and solutions‑oriented, with a track record of initiating and improving ideas, practices, and operational approaches. Able to communicate openly and constructively, speaking candidly and making difficult decisions with empathy, professionalism, and collegiality. Forward‑thinking mindset with an appreciation for leveraging technology to enhance learning environments and operational effectiveness.
