**Position Mission**
Are you passionate about integrated solutions, portfolio strategy and eager to be part of a global company that leads in technology and innovation? ABB is looking for a **Portfolio Product Manager - Solutions** to join the **Distribution Solutions (ELDS)** team within the **Electrification** business. This role is responsible for managing the Solutions business line, which integrates Medium Voltage equipment into full-service solutions tailored to industrial customers. If you have experience with electrical systems integration, automation, and a strategic mindset focused on growth and profitability, we want to meet you
**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Solutions portfolio, from development to launch and ongoing support.
- Support the Sales team with market analysis, pricing, resource planning, and technical support.
- Monitor profitability, stock levels, and sales performance to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to develop communication strategies, market research, and product innovation.
- Lead product integration projects with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Define portfolio mix, volumes, and pricing in alignment with global HQ, considering logistics, taxation, and local market needs.
**Your Background**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience with electrical systems projects and solution integration.
- Hands-on experience with e-houses, electrocenters, and systems with automation.
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
**Nice to Have**
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience in B2B technical sales.
- Knowledge of electrical automation.
- Background in P&L management.
