It focuses on cutting-edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes across departments. Develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance. Negotiate contracts ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery. Align with internal teams to anticipate needs and create effective purchasing plans. Review costs regularly and ensure contracts match business and market conditions. Support budget planning with savings visibility and accurate reporting. Strengthen procurement systems and processes, identifying digitalization opportunities. Requirements Experience managing indirect procurement processes from end to end. Ability to create sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, and supplier reliability. Strong negotiation skills for contracts and commercial terms. Collaboration skills to work with multiple internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset for cost reviews, budgeting, and reporting. Familiarity with procurement systems and process improvement through digital tools. Location and work-mode 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
