Reception Agent
First impressions are everything As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

As our next Reservation Agent, you will be:
- Responsible for all reservations over the phone or internet, e-mail and handles all associated operations
- Increasing and optimizing room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy
- Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Company standards.
- Following up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team.
- Handling reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand.
- Entering reservation details precisely and correctly.
- Ensuring that information is passed on to the people concerned.
- Confirming the reservation; taking care over written communications.
- Communicating and cooperating with the other hotel departments.
Qualifications
- Guest focused personality is essential
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience is an asset
- Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Turkish
- Additional languages are a plus; French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Have a courteous and professional telephone manner
- Be proficient in computer systems and reservation software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
