Lovell Minnick is a US Private Equity firm that invests in the global financial services industry, including related technology and business services companies, with a focus on helping to build long term value for clients, employees and shareholders.The acquisition will support the continuation of Charles Taylor's successful growth strategy, with a focus on expanding client relationships, broadening specialist capabilities and the range of services and technology solutions, deepening geographic coverage, and reinvesting in quality of service and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using MicroStrategy.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, performance-optimized BI solutions.
• Develop schema objects (attributes, facts, hierarchies) and application objects (grids, documents, dashboards, prompts).
• Optimize and tune report performance and resolve issues in existing BI solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and DBAs to ensure proper data availability and integration.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through testing and validation.
• Implement security filters, user roles, and access control within MicroStrategy.
• Maintain technical documentation related to BI solutions and metadata.
• Support end users with report usage, ad-hoc queries, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy development.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and dimensional data modeling.
• Proficient in creating schema and application objects in MicroStrategy.
• Experience with report optimization and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MicroStrategy 2021 or newer versions.
• Exposure to MicroStrategy SDK or APIs for customization.
• Experience integrating MicroStrategy with other BI tools or platforms.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with Python or scripting for automation is a plus.
