We're looking for a Program Manager to:
- manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues;
- identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement;
- coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors;
- help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts;
- perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan;
- ensure that the next quarters OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so that the initiatives are fully transparent and suitable priorities can be made.

Your teamYou’ll be working in the GOTO LatAm Integration team in São Paulo focusing on application assessments and coordination of onboarding of CS application portfolio applications onto UBS technical standards covering Wealth Management and Investment Banking businesses; liaise with the business on critical integration decisions; maintain the overall integration plan including dependencies, RAID log, financial planning; presentations to the relevant integration committees including local liaison with key business counterparts. You will be part of the Wealth Management Americas integration team covering all regional aspects of the integration.
Your expertise- good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry;
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
