Fulfillment & Logistics Associate responsible for order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination in a hybrid setup based in Laguna, Philippines. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Receive and process inbound and pullout requests by the brands. Coordinate inbound and pullout schedules with the warehouse. Validate and monitor the completion of inbound and pullout activities. Receive and process customer orders accurately and timely. Verify inventory availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders. Ensure orders meet quality standards before shipping and comply with marketplace SLA. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocks. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and improve accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize transportation and logistics processes. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or damages. Implement and maintain quality control measures for products during the fulfillment process. Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Utilize relevant software systems for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting. Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for process improvement. Address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns. Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. About You The company is looking for: College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. 1 to 2 years of proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using relevant software and systems for order processing and inventory management. Proficient in using Google Sheets and other Google Suite products. Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures. Hybrid set-up, preferably based in Laguna or nearby provinces.
