Você será peça-chave no planejamento e execução de iniciativas que envolvem transformação digital, integração de sistemas e adoção de metodologias ágeis, com foco em entrega de valor, governança robusta e gestão de stakeholders.
Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Liderar o ciclo completo de projetos: escopo, planejamento, execução, monitoramento e encerramento.
  • Coordenar times multidisciplinares (TI, negócio, fornecedores, compliance) garantindo sinergia e entregas eficazes.
  • Estabelecer indicadores-chave (KPIs) e reportar status, riscos e resultados para governance senior.
  • Conduzir reuniões de integração, checkpoints e workshops com stakeholders internos e externos.
  • Gerenciar cronogramas, orçamentos, mudanças e qualidade, mitigando riscos e resolvendo impedimentos.
  • Garantir aderência à metodologia (ex: Prince2, PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, HERMES) escolhida pelo cliente.
  • Promover cultura de melhoria contínua, documentando lições aprendidas, boas práticas e oportunidades de otimização.
Requisitos e qualificações
  • Experiência comprovada (mínimo 5–7 anos) como Project Manager Sênior, preferencialmente em projetos de TI ou transformação digital.
  • Vivência com metodologias de gestão (Prince2, PMBOK, Agile/Scrum e/ou HERMES).
  • Forte habilidade de gerenciamento de stakeholders, comunicação clara e resolução de conflitos.
  • Inglês fluente e português avançado; valoriza-se conhecimento de alemão e/ou francês.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de ferramentas como MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI ou similares.
  • Capacidade de manter visão estratégica, aliada à atenção aos detalhes operacionais.
