Overview

Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry. The role involves sourcing engineers for Sweden and supporting their relocation process.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish management.
  • Coordinate relocation-related tasks with the Swedish delivery management team (visas, work permits, housing, tickets, etc.).
  • Ensure a smooth relocation process and fix all practical matters for employees joining Sweden.
  • Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Be part of a team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.

Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, plus the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to take a \'no\' as motivation to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
  • Start ASAP.
  • Full time.
  • Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Free national holidays, with maintained payment.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
