About the Role We’re looking to hire a full‑time remote Solutions Architect II for Webflow‑based projects. You’ll set the technical vision, develop new frameworks, concepts, and methodologies, and craft your own roadmap. This role requires working in EST (Eastern Standard Time) and is at a senior level. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and challenges strategically. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into innovative, future‑proof technical solutions. Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within solution architecture. Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions, including Webflow, React, Node.js, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Lead presentations and defend proposed solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation. Identify optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions. Monitor emerging technologies and evaluate their integration into solution strategy. Mentor junior Solution Architects and share knowledge internally. Lead and guide teams to achieve project and organizational goals. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical role. Hands‑on experience with Webflow, ReactJS, and Node.js. 3–5 years of experience in solution design and implementation in a specific domain. Proven track record of leading complex technical projects. Mastery of cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security. Strong ability to generate innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non‑technical audiences. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for web projects. Solution architecture certification is a plus. Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation. Experience with automation and orchestration tools. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership skills to influence and guide technical teams. Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
