We use a variety of technologies in our tech stack. Our Finance processes, run on SAP S/4, leveraging transactional aspects and other solutions that connect our business partners through APIs, web and mobile applications, and new channels we are still exploring.

Additionally, we strongly embrace the Clean Core concept, expanding our development stack to cloud platforms like AWS, data and machine learning platforms like Databricks and Palantir.

In this team, your role is to support product innovations with a focus on artificial intelligence. You will also serve as a key link between software engineers, product managers, and scrum masters.

Main Responsibilities

• Acting as an entrepreneur in residence in the search for AI solutions across Finance, collaborating with software engineers and product managers;
• Defining roadmaps and blueprints for AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions;
• Developing machine learning algorithms based on classification, regression, and solutions using LLMs, including prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agent development (LangGraph);
• Building data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines, versioning, experimentation, and continuous delivery of machine learning models;
• Designing, developing, and testing the necessary code (Test Driven Development) to deliver the desired functionality;
• Collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs and technical robustness for long-term operations;
• Operating in a “Build & Run” model, meaning all feature and/or model development is supported by the same team;
• Actively solving problems by identifying root causes and working with clients to ensure operations and incident resolution;
• Training and mentoring other team members;
• Following agile methodologies aligned with software industry standards, especially focusing on metrics associated with Elite Engineering.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience with the Databricks platform, including MLFlow;
• Ability to build machine learning models using major frameworks like scikit-learn and Keras or XGBoost;
• Programming in Python and/or Node.js;
• Knowledge with relational and non-relational databases, as well as query languages (SQL and NoSQL);
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), GraphRAG, KAG (Knowledge-Augmented Generation), among others;
• Experience with agent architectures and multi-agent systems.
