Senior Business Intelligence Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support a key client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and design and develop high-quality data visualizations aligned with those needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with a US-based team lead but must operate with autonomy, proactivity, and strong communication skills. This role requires hands-on development expertise and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective, intuitive data models. Engage with client stakeholders to elicit, refine, and document business and data requirements. Design, develop, and implement advanced data visualizations and reports aligned with business objectives. Build and optimize data models, queries, and formulas to ensure performance and accuracy. Collaborate with US team lead to align deliverables with overall project direction. Proactively identify opportunities for data visualization improvements and enhanced user experience. Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across all deliverables. Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to client counterparts when needed. Key Responsibilities 5+ years of hands-on experience developing data visualizations and data models. Proven experience translating business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions. Strong proficiency with Power Query, DAX, Dataflows, Row-Level Security, and business intelligence tools. Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL principles, and relational databases. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively drive tasks to completion.
