**Job Description**:
Our company is seeking a Conference Producer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting the production of our industry-leading conferences by conducting research, identifying potential speakers, confirming speakers and managing speaker logistics. You will also assist with developing conference agendas and providing support on-site at our events.
**What you'll do**:
- Conduct research on relevant industry topics and trends
- Identify and recruit potential speakers and sponsors
- Help develop conference agendas and speaker allocation
- Coordinate logistics for our events, including venue selection and vendor management
- Assist with on-site event management and logistics
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- Energetic, articulate, self-started and motivated students or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Relations, Journalism with the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business, or recent graduates with a passion for the Energy and Economics sectors
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Demonstrated interest in event planning, conference production, or related fields
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese
- Excellent adaptability to an international environment with a wide exposure to various cultures and customs;
- Results-driven, self-starter;
- A highly ambitious, independent and vivacious personality;
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent with meeting demanding deadlines and working in a quickly paced environment
- ** Based in Brazil or Argentina**
