Descrição da Vaga
Para o processamento de Fundos Estruturados, o(a) estagiário(a) será responsável por analisar as informações e executar as atividades com qualidade antes de disponibilizar os relatórios aos nossos clientes, através dos serviços de conciliações financeiras, acompanhamento do período de oferta, controle diário da rentabilidade dos fundos de investimento e irá dar apoio as áreas internas em relação as informações da carteira.
Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Conciliação financeira;
  • Captura e análise de nota de Renda Variável;
  • Controle de IR sobre Ganho e Capital;
  • Controle de Contas a Pagar e a Receber;
  • Cálculo e validação da taxa de administração;
  • Cálculo e validação da taxa de performance;
  • Processamento de fundos de investimentos;
  • Análise de Rentabilidade;
  • Envio de Relatórios aos clientes e ao mercado;
  • Controle de entregas e recálculos/reprocessamentos dos fundos da área;
  • Atender aos questionamentos de clientes externos e internos.
Experi ências e Qualificações:
Essenciais
  • Formação em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Comercio Exterior, Engenharia, Finanças, matemática ou Contabilidade;
  • Experiência em áreas de relacionamento, vendas, custodia, BackOffice e controladoria de fundos estruturados;
  • Inglês: Nível Intermediário.
Conhecimentos necessários para a função:
  • Experiência em BackOffice de Fundos de Investimentos;
  • Pacote office | Nível Intermediário: Conhecimentos em Excel / Word / Power Point;
  • Perfil operacional e analítico para execução de rotinas com “dead line” de horário diário;
  • Saber priorizar as demandas diárias em função da sua importância/volumetria;
  • Proatividade na busca das informações, soluções, alternativas e entendimento de processos para atendimento das demandas da área e resultados;
  • Desenvoltura para atender clientes e auditoria interna/externa.
Desejáveis
  • Certificações: CPA-20, CEA;
