Senior Cloud Software Developer

Cloud Software Lead As a senior developer in our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design and implement software solutions. Your role will involve translating user stories from the backlog into working code using modern design patterns and architectural principles. You will lead a squad of developers to build and maintain software solutions, ensuring that they are high-quality, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable. Guide and help team members resolve technical challenges, leveraging your knowledge of technology strategy. Ensure that your squad produces code that meets industry standards and is aligned with company policies. Drive testing and deployment processes to ensure solution quality. Mentor and coach squad members on technical best practices and principles. Improve operational efficiency by leveraging software development lifecycle tools. Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision to ensure the solution meets its intended purpose. Collaborate with other teams to track, solve, escalate, and manage dependencies and impediments. Assist product owners in defining clear stories and acceptance criteria. Offer input on resourcing for bottleneck resolution and onboard new engineers within frameworks and engineering practices. Manage technical debt and ensure that it does not hinder project progress. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Skills and Qualifications Experience with cloud-based systems, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Expertise in systems integration, including REST API and webhook development. Familiarity with full-stack tools such as ContentStack, React, and NextJS. Experience with FFLib framework. Strong understanding of design patterns and their application. Experience with source code management using Git/BitBucket. Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
