ISA Platinion Recruiting Senior Specialist role at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Location: Brazil | Santiago. This position involves end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires in Brazil for the BCG Platinion business in São Paulo, with support to SSA offices as needed.
BCG pioneered strategy consulting and offers multiple career paths for world-class talent. The Business Services Team (BST) supports operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and productive workflows across the organization.
What You'll Do- Lead the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for experienced hires in Brazil for BCG Platinion, and provide support to SSA offices when needed.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy in collaboration with BCG Platinion's senior leadership and the consulting team.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from brand enhancement and candidate sourcing to onboarding, using a mix of sourcing channels (direct outreach, referrals, social media, job boards) and coordinating with recruitment agencies as needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Brazilian and SSA Managing Directors and Senior Partners; engage with stakeholders to gather insights and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience across all stages of the process and support new hires in integration into culture and operations.
- Continuously assess and refine recruitment approaches, challenge existing processes, and lead initiatives to improve effectiveness and reduce biases; share best practices across the team.
- Support recruitment activities beyond Brazil and SSA, fostering synergies across the Platinion EMESA and broader BCG recruiting teams to enhance the global strategy.
- 6+ years of proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, preferably in consulting or related industries in technology services.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong advisory skills with the capability to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Lead with strong business acumen, take ownership of projects, and pursue continuous improvement.
- Maintain a streamlined system and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to contribute to flawless execution.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to cultivate lasting partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, including local and international recruiting teams, consulting staff, and HR within BCG.
- Combine creative sourcing strategies with clear, effective communication to engage top talent in competitive markets and drive key strategies forward.
