Overview We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative data collection pipeline on AWS, built with Go and Typescript. Our focus is on delivering high-quality software solutions that prioritize innovation, quality, and accessibility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AWS (serverless architecture), Typescript, and be willing to learn new technologies like Go. A strong understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the quality of our data processing pipeline. Collaborate with engineers to create and review processes that optimize speed and cost efficiency. Ensure seamless integration of all steps in our data pipeline. Optimize the product for continuous scalability. Deliver ongoing process improvements. Work closely with frontend engineers, CTO, and principal software engineer to meet aggressive development timelines. Take ownership of complex tasks from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality under pressure. Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years relevant experience working in Backend Software Engineering. Experience using Typescript for Backend Development. Proficiency in other programming languages like Python, Java, C++. Business Proficiency in English is essential. Meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
