Position Summary


We’re seeking a full-time Planning Specialist for our Guarulhos-based Warehouse office. As a Planning Specialist Partner at SHEIN, you will work with different leaders to leverage your expertise, helping them build up a stronger team. You will be responsible for the full management cycle for various business groups including logistics, warehouse as well as functional team.


Job Responsibilities


  • Forecast goods demand based on sales data, production plans, and inventory status.
  • Develop receiving, storage, and shipping plans for the warehouse to meet business needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Set reasonable safety stock levels and reorder points to optimize inventory turnover rates.
  • Receive and process inbound and outbound orders from various departments.
  • Arrange picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Plan warehouse space, labor, equipment, and other resources to enhance warehouse operational efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze warehouse operation data, such as inventory changes and order fulfillment status.
  • Generate regular reports to update management on the execution of warehouse plans and identify any issues.
  • Participate in optimizing warehouse management processes and operational standards to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department on purchasing plans and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with the sales department regarding shipping arrangements to meet customer demands.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics;
  • Postgraduate/MBA degree desirable;
  • Experience in Logistics Operations working in logistics planning areas (S&OP, S&OE, demand, etc.);
  • Knowledge of tools such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, Teradata or Tableau and Six Sigma certification will be a plus;
  • Have worked inproject and/or process leadership, operations knowledge, people leadership;
  • Availability towork in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
