HSE Coordinator

Job Purpose Implement and maintain HSE management systems in operational contexts, aligned with Company HSE guidelines and international standards. Oversee all HSE-related matters within the assigned area. Job Description Develop and ensure the implementation of the HSE Management System in compliance with international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others). Guarantee that all site activities conducted by TFMC adhere strictly to TechnipFMC HSE Standards. Implement and monitor compliance with HSE plans and procedures. Establish and maintain HSE monitoring and audit programs. Promote environmental protection and safety awareness across the workforce through regular meetings with supervisors, employees, and subcontractors. Provide expert HSE support and advice to project and site management teams. Act as the primary interface with clients and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. Ensure the protection of environmentally sensitive areas during operations. Develop and implement environmental monitoring and auditing programs for all operational phases. Conduct occupational safety risk assessments and participate in incident/accident investigations. Lead by example and foster the development of the HSE team. Ensure effective implementation of project HSE training and induction programs at site level. Organize and promote periodic site HSE reviews. You are meant for this job if Bachelor’s degree in HSE Engineering or related field. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Experience with learning management systems and HSE training programs. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
