  • Perform strategic analysis, business, and operations modeling to inform decision-making and strategy setting;
  • Develop complex models, both quantitative and qualitative, to support decision-making processes and strategic planning;
  • Structure business initiatives and foster insightful decision-making processes within the organization;
  • Conduct comprehensive forecasting and tracking of short and long-term indicators, including revenue, cost, and operational metrics, to drive performance and inform strategic direction;
  • Demonstrate expertise in hands-on spreadsheet modeling, consistently exploring innovative approaches for business modeling and structuring;
  • Proactively gather information and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams spanning multiple business areas, providing thought leadership and guidance;
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of business processes, proactively identifying requirements, risks, and areas for improvement;
  • Implement innovative solutions that drive positive change, leveraging your expertise to develop and execute transformative strategies;
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards tailored for Directors and C-level executives, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Interact extensively with Directors, Country Heads, and Global Teams, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of strategic objectives.
Job Description

Requirements
  • Degree Required in Engineering, Business Administration, and related areas
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Excel Knowledge, and SQL as a plus
  • Advanced / Fluent English
