Content Curator Assistant

About the roleThis is a 100% remote position for people located in Brazil

What you will be doing:

In the role of Content Curator Assistant for our Mobile Apps and Platforms, the employee is responsible for the planning execution and maintenance of our content on our D2C services. The role requires a proactive and organized approach to our curation with the goal of increasing our user engagement, and a creative and attentive eye for presentation of our content. We take a data driven approach to our planning, without shying away from testing new content and approaches, and strive to offer a unique and inspirational product to young minds.

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

Taking ownership of our content scheduling process, and working to improve the internal Content team communication, to ensure a smooth flow of information to support curational changes and platform content updates;Working closely with the Content team members to make plan AB testing, new features, themes curation and other changes to improve engagement;Keeping an updated curation calendar and conducting regular audits of our curation, content and licenses information;Regularly updating our free user offering;Updating and maintaining our CMS and Apps Builder with contractual rights and metadata;Assistance in content production operations - production schedules and content reviews (scripts and files management).

Qualifications:

Graduation in Cinema, Marketing, Social Communication, Pedagogy or Business Administration, is a differential;Advanced or fluent English;Familiarity with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Forms, and others) or Office Package;Familiarity with databases;Proactive with a problem-solving approach;Organizational skills and attention to detail;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Time management skills, and the ability to set priorities and realistic deadlines;Interest in Kids Content or Entertainment market is a differential.
