About The Role We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision‑making across the organization. This role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights through analysis, dashboards, and reporting. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for turning data into stories that drive impact. You will work closely with business, product, and operational teams to provide visibility into performance and uncover opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities Analyze datasets to answer business questions and support decision‑making Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data Identify data quality issues and work to resolve inconsistencies Translate stakeholder requirements into clear analytical outputs Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations effectively Support ongoing improvements in reporting and analytics processes Must‑Have 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations) Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, or similar) Understanding of data visualization best practices Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into insights Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Nice to Have Experience with Python or R for data analysis or automation Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques Exposure to cloud data environments or data warehouses Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS analytics Startup or fast‑paced environment experience Spanish and / or Portuguese proficiency Benefits & Perks Home office Competitive compensation based on experience Career plans to allow for extensive growth in the company International Projects Oowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational) Oowlish Fitness with Total Pass Games and Competitions We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
