At China Unicom Brazil, we are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, including tax accounting, tax planning, and risk management. About the Role: The successful Financial Manager will be responsible for calculating and recording profits tax entries monthly, preparing the annual income tax return, and providing tax calculation data and filing tax documents. This role will also involve leading the Brazilian tax planning work, providing relevant consulting support on Brazilian tax issues, and providing Brazilian tax policy support to the local operations team. The Financial Manager will also organize regional tax training quarterly to improve the team's risk awareness and response capabilities. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating outsourcing of tax consulting and other services in Brazil, tracking service quality, and outputting evaluation results. The successful candidate will ensure that the company's tax declarations and payments strictly comply with local laws and regulations to avoid fines or legal disputes caused by violations. They will also assess potential tax risks brought about by business changes, formulate and implement regional tax risk management policies, and handle tax audits, investigations, or litigation cases. Finally, the Financial Manager will complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance, or Computer Science. Relevant professional knowledge or skills in Accounting, Statistics, and Computer Science. At least 3 years of experience in Brazilian tax-related work. Intermediate Accountant or Chinese/overseas CPA/ACCA professional qualification or above, Tax Agent Qualification. Language requirements: Chinese and English. Brazilian work experience and valid work visa required.
